Blackcurrant Mojito
Ingredients
• ▢10 ml Lime juice
• ▢20 ml Blackcurrant cordial
• ▢10 Mint leaves
• ▢40 ml White rum
• ▢80 ml Soda water
• ▢¼ Lime chopped into 3 wedges
• ▢Crushed ice
• ▢Mint sprigs
Currant Crush
Ingredients
• ▢1 part blackcurrant cordial
• ▢3-4 parts sparkling water, ginger ale, or lime soda
Currant Affair
Ingredients
• ▢1 part black currant cordial
• ▢3-4 parts sparkling white wine, gin, vodka, or guineas
Baked Brie with Blackcurrant Jam
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz)
- 2–3 tablespoons blackcurrant jam
- Crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices (for serving)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Spread blackcurrant jam evenly over the top of the Brie. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped nuts
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the Brie is soft and gooey.
- Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or fruit slices.
