First Day Harvesting Black Currants

Black Currants Black currants are known for their high anti-oxidants and high vitamin C. They are delicious in jams and wines, and lots of other uses. (I’d love to here your uses, with your story, like how you looked forward to your jam making day with your grandmother.)
We freeze them, then package them in 4L and 16L pails.
We are on farm sales only for now. We live in the Shelburne, ON area in Melancthon, just 25 minutes north of Orangeville.
